Private Clients

Our first priority is to listen carefully to your ideas and requirements.  We will then respond with an initial proposal and a detailed estimate.  We may at this stage present you with a rendered image to help you to visualise the proposal.  We will usually ask for a commitment of around 10% before beginning the process of refining the design, confirming materials and finishes, sending samples and drawings for your approval.

The design process is a journey and you can never be entirely sure where it will end up.  We aim to engage in a dialogue and offer suggestions on design, practicality, materials, finishes and hardware.  This can be exciting and is all part of the joy of helping to create your own bespoke item.

Getting all the little details just right is a central part of having bespoke furniture made and it is why bespoke furniture can offer real value in the long term.  The key thing to understand is that we make everything at our workshops in Fordingbridge from scratch and as such you have the opportunity to specify materials and design to your exact requirements.
